PROJECTS

At Synth Biotec, we develop projects focused on the production of bio-inputs, enzymes, and other innovative biotechnological products. We also work on immobilizing these materials on different supports, aiming to increase their stability, efficiency, and yield in industrial applications. Production of specific enzymes for application in the brewing industry, focusing on optimizing the production process, improving clarification, increasing the yield of fermentable sugars, and standardizing the final quality of the beer. The project combines biotechnology and innovation to meet the technical demands of the sector.
